The woman stands naked clothed only by a single cloth symbolizing the experiences she had attained during her life time.  The Elemental beasts stand as witnesses to her success.  She dances with invigoration in celebration of life.  The wands in her hands symbolize peace and prosperity.  The reef is the eternal circle of life having no beginning and no end.
