The figures seem bound to the Devil but the chains around their necks hang loosely revealing that they are there willingly.  The higher and lower senses converge.  There is a great deal of indulgence.  The Devil sits as Baphomet.  Nothing is hidden.  There is a desire for physical pleasure.  The symbol for Saturn is seen in the Devil's right hand.  His fingers are also split indicating that with the Devil comes peace and prosperity.  There are no inhibitions.  The torch in the Devil's hand reveals the hidden paths and chases away all shadows.
