As above so below.  This figure sits in a familiar position.  The sword grants authoritative power while the scales represent the balance of equal forces, not in opposition but in conjecture.  The focal point of the scale is also a key to unlocking all righteous paths.  Again we see the pillars of strength and stability.  His eyes are wide opened so that he may see all decisions placed before him.  The sash around his neck reveals that he's a scholarly man and well educated.  The crown shows that the figure is one of deep thought and wisdom.  The gemstone in the crown is his third eye and he judges not by a persons actions but by the content of a persons character.  The gemstone binding his robe symbolizes his heart.  As he judges by character so to does he measure by a person's soul.
