Attention is drawn to the hands.  The right hand offers a blessing.  The scepter in the left hand represents faith.  The three cross sections refer to intuition, emotion and thought.  The keys at the feet of the Hierophant symbolize unlocking the spiritual and mental gates.  The two servants at the Hierophants' feet represent unquestionable devotion and faith which is revealed by the flowered pattern of their clothing.  The crown shows the Hierophants' mastery of the spiritual.  The pillars are those from the High Priestess referring to strength and stability.
